Teaching Resources

The George the Farmer free teaching resources have been developed by a qualified teaching consultant. The resources are aligned to the Australian school curriculum and aimed at Foundation - Year 4 levels. Subject areas covered include Literacy, Music, Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths.

Many of the activities included within the guides can be used with pre-school children. There are also lots of beaut activity sheets that can be downloaded for free too.

We love to receive feedback from teacher's or parent's on our resources. We would love to see learnings about agriculture incorporated into all schools so please feel free to share details of our resources with your teaching acquaintances. If you have any ideas for future resources, please don't hesitate to send us a message.

Suitable Ages

George the Farmer is aimed at 0-10 year old children. We find that young babies love being read to and looking at the bright illustrations in George's books, while older children are equally engaged with reading and singing along to our songs.

The George the Farmer teacher resources are aimed at Foundation - Year 4 levels however many of the activities included are equally achievable by pre-primary students. All resources are aligned to the Australian school curriculum.
